This report will need to be from a mechanic of their choice, detailing the reasons for return and issues being faced by the customer. Following the return of the vehicle with the report, this will be inspected by one of our mechanics. Once the issues have been identified, we will proceed in processing a refund. The refund will be subject to a deduction of a £100.00 returning fee. Further deductions may be made for mileage, usage and any damage caused by the customer whilst the vehicle is in their possession. The refund will be paid within 14 days of the vehicle being returned to the showroom. Please also note all paperwork pertaining to the vehicle will need to be returned in FULL. The refund process will not commence until the vehicle and all its paperwork has been returned. Vehicles purchased online have 14 days starting from the date of delivery to return the goods and documents for a full refund. We require you to provide us an authentic form of Identification i.e. driving licence showing your complete address.
