The All-New Lamborghini Revuelto 2023

Lamborghini has unveiled the Revuelto, its newest flagship supercar! We have been waiting since 2011 for a replacement for the Aventador and after seeing this new 2023 release we are certainly not disappointed by the Italian manufacturing masters.

Summary of the New Revuelto

The new model is named after a Spanish fighting bull which makes sense when you see what’s under the hood! The new Revuelto features a naturally-aspirated V12 engine and a hybrid system with three electric motors, generating up to 1,015hp and reaching 0-60mph in just 2.5 seconds. It is the first new model from Lamborghini to be released with a hybrid engine and we are here for it!

The design is a combination of the best elements from previous Lamborghini models, including the iconic wedge-shaped silhouette and vertically-opening scissor doors, and sports a number of details lifted from the limited-run Sian. Whilst we love to see some of these classic features being implemented into the Revuelto it is also great to see the many ways in which they have improved, modernised, and reimagined our beloved classics.

The hybrid system offers four driving modes, including an electric-only mode for city driving, while the V12 engine can recharge the battery in just six minutes.

Revuelto's Performance Stats

The Revuelto's new V12 engine is 17kg lighter than its predecessor and packs a punch with 825hp, while the three electric motors provide additional power and instant torque. The lighter load and hybrid engine make this model more environmentally friendly than any Lamborghini model thus far.

Compared to the Aventador, the Revuelto's weight is increased due to the hybrid system. However, Lamborghini has implemented measures to reduce the impact, including an all-new carbon fibre subframe at the front that is 20% lighter than the aluminium frame used in the Aventador.

The Revuelto's performance is impressive, with a power-to-weight ratio of 1.75kg per horsepower and an acceleration time of fewer than 7 seconds from 0-120mph.

Revuelto Design

The new Lamborghini Revuelto not only offers exceptional performance but also promises a more practical and comfortable driving experience. With 84mm more legroom and 26mm, more headroom than its predecessor, the Aventador, tall drivers can now comfortably wear helmets. Moreover, the car offers storage space for bags and even a golf bag behind the seats, making it convenient for longer trips.

The Revuelto boasts a completely revamped infotainment system, which was much needed in the Aventador. The car now features an 8.0-inch central touchscreen, a 12.0-inch digital driver's display, and a small screen in front of the passenger, providing an impressive and user-friendly interface for drivers and passengers alike.

To cater to individual preferences, the Revuelto offers a wide range of over 70 different colour options to choose from, allowing you to customize the interior to your liking. However, it's worth noting that customization options may come at a premium price.

Price of the New Lamborghini Revuelto

So, this all sounds absolutely incredible! But, what can you expect to pay for this new Italian supercar?

Intel so far rumours that the Revuelto is expected to cost around £450,000. (An official price has not yet been announced by Lamborghini).
